Jane Willard is a lifelong resident of Celina, and a 7th generation Texas. She has held many roles over her decades of service to her community.

Mrs. Willard currently serves as the appointed member of the NTTA Board of Directors. She was first elected by the Collin County Commissioners Court in October 2010. From May 2019 to August 2022 Mrs. Willard served as Vice Chair on the board.

Outside of her election to the NTTA Board of Directors Mrs. Willard is involved in the Collin College Foundation’s board of directors, the Celina Historic Preservation Board, and the Celina Area Heritage Association.

Mrs. Willard was instrumental in forming a Women’s Chamber of Commerce in Celina that evolved into the now Greater Celina Area Chamber of Commerce. In honor of her hard work and dedication to the City of Celina Mrs. Willard was named Historic Influencer of the Year in 2022.
