Riding on their float, FFA members look into the audience during the Homecoming Parade.

"Are they clowns? Are they freshman? Is there a difference?"

Holy Family Church of East McKinney took part in the Mexican Independence Day Celebration with the La Escuelita (The Little School) Float.

The floats for the Homecoming parade in 1981 had creative ways to encourage the team to win. Messages included, "Step up to success," "Boot Bonham," "Chew the Warriors," "Blast Bonham," and "Capsize the Warriors."

"The class of '94 displays their idea to "Hook the Pirates" on the senior float. The seniors went on to dazzle the judges and claim first place for the fourth consecutive year."

"The Junior float entry that received third place not only showed spirit, but sent a message as well." The float says, "Destroy the Patriots, Save the Earth."

"Hard work and dedication has payed off for the juniors as they won best float in the Homecoming parade.
