"Captain Maurice Proctor, son of Mr. and Mrs. I. S. Proctor, Dallas. Graduated from McKinney High School and attended Weatherford College and E.T.S.T.C. Entered service Jan. 1941. Received his commission at Ft. Benning, Ga., in 1943. Received the Bronze Star and is now serving with Patton's 3rd Army."
