"Cpl. Morris C. holman, son of the late Fred Holman of this county and Mrs. Holman, now of Dallas, graduated from McKinney High School. Volunteered April, 1944. Trained at Camp Gordon and Fort Jackson. Went overseas Feb. 1945. In Germany with General Jarou's 15th Army of Occupation."
