"Cpl. Tommy L. Carr, son of Mr. and Mrs. T. L. Carr, McKinney. Wife is the former Dorothy Louise James. Graduate of McKinney High School. Entered service Oct. 1942. Trained at Perrin Field. Was assigned to Air Force band there. Later sent to Independence, Kans. Now stationed at Moore Field, Mission, Tex., with 631st Air Force Band."
