Lieut. Louis A. Scott, Jr

"Lieut. Louis A. Scott, Jr., was born in Collin County on June 15, 1895. He received his early education in the public schools at McKinney, later going to the University of Texas. Upon the outbreak of the war he joined the First O. T. C. at Leon Springs, where he received his entire military training. Was Second Lieutenant of the Machine Gun Corps, and received promotion to First Lieutenant. Went overseas June 18, 1918, and was still in the hospital at Nevers, France at time data was taken. Lieut. Scott is the son of Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Scott of McKinney."
