"Pfc. Henry C. Myrick, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Myrick, graduated from McKinney High School. Attended S.M.U., Dallas. Entered service Oct. 1943. Trained San Diego and Camp Pendleton. Serving in the Pacific area with 5th Div. M. P. 28th Reg. Marine. Was in Iwo Jima campaign. Now stationed Hawaii."
