"Lt Marvin S. Boyce, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Boyce, A graduate of McKinney High School in 1938. Entered service March, 1942. Received training at Camp Barkley in Medical Corps and later entered Air Corps. Went overseas to England May, 1944. Missing in action over Germany in July, 1944. Was prisoner of Germany. Released about May 15, 1945."
